Properly servicing your servomotor requires the following key tools. 1) A highly trained technician, 2) the specialized equipment to fully diagnose and communicate with the motor and its feedback technology, and 3) the resources to fully repair - refurbish your motor.

Our technicians have the full support of ACT’s full-service industrial electronic repair facility as well as the documentation and industry relationships that have been developed by our personnel over the past 20 years.

No-Cost Evaluation and Quote

ACT provides no-cost evaluations and repair quotes. If you are uncertain about the economic feasibility of repairing your servomotor we can provide you the necessary data to make your repair decision (no checkout or evaluation charges).  We are confident you will find our repair cost to be a significant savings.

Repair Process Overview

• Simply ship your servomotor to our facility. No need for a RMA / RGA number.
• Upon arrival at our facility your motor is entered into our system and a permanent record is established capturing all relevant manufacturer and initial condition data.
• Your motor will be evaluated and quoted within 2-3 days of arrival (rush options are available-give us a call with your specific need).  ACT does not charge an evaluation fee. You will receive a quote by email or fax.
• Once approved your servomotor is assigned to a technician.  Standard repairs may take up to 10-14 days.  Rush repair service is available, with options for 1-2 day and 3-4 day service.
• Upon completion your motor will be shipped back to your facility in appropriate protective packaging.  Your repaired servomotor carries a 1-year “bumper to bumper” warranty from in-service date.
