No time for packaging and paperwork, we offer FREE local pick-up and delivery.  Please include the following when shipping components to ACT:

• Contact information
• Required turn-around time
• Special instructions and description of the component’s problem (if known)
• Manual or schematics can assist in expediting your repair

Once your part arrives our staff will assign it a job number and check it into our system.  We offer free up front quotes of all repairs to allow you to make an informed decision, whether repair, replace with new or scrap.  If you agree to go with the repair you can provide a PO over the phone, fax or via email.   Our Inside Sales Department will keep you informed on the progress of your repair.

Industrial Electronics Repair Process

Once complete we will perform a series of additional tests and/or run-outs to insure the work has been performed properly and is ready to be returned.  After our techs certify the item as repaired we will quickly ship it back to you or our driver will hand-deliver it to your site.

• Appropriate components are shipped in static bags.
• We take care in packaging your components to prevent shipper damage.  Sensitive and/or heavy components are foamed and/or crated.
• Standard shipping by ground carrier.  Air-Delivery available for RUSH returns and we honor specified carrier request when available.
• Shipping is F.O.B. Automation & Control Technologies, Ltd. - Northwood, Ohio

Invoicing/Payment

For credit customers, invoices are generated within 48 hours of shipment.  Credit terms are net 30. We also accept all Major Credit cards as well as Pcard payment.
